What can I say except a huge thank you to everyone who came out to Fall Fest 2011. We had 25-30 people attend and seven were men. Trust me when I say they held their own against the women. We had a wonderful grown folks night of talking and expressing our thoughts and feeling about relationships. Many are asking for another night soon, I will look at planning that event during the summer. Again, I want so say thank you and I am grateful to have such great supporters. You Made It!!

02 HeavenI hope you all had a wonderful week. Regardless of how your week was, you made it to the end!!! I know for me this has been a challenging week to say the least. I have been in prayer about several things and it seems the enemy has kicked it up a notch when it comes to the trying of my faith. I am determined to keep on PUSH(ing) and not to give in. Victory is my only option!
I wanted to share a book with you. Several months ago somone blessed me with a book titled Water From The Rock, Timelss Writings to Strengthen Your Faith and Anchor Your Soul (The African American Edition). There are several contributors to the book. The book consists of several short readings and I have been using them as apart of my daily meditation. When I say it has been a blessing to me, that is a understatment. Each day it seems each writing is preparing me for what is to come that day (I read a chapter each morning). I encourage you to pick this book up. You will not be disappointed.
